Most remodel schedules follow a predictable sequence: pre construction, demolition, rough in work, inspections, finishes, and final walkthrough. Delays usually happen when selections are incomplete or materials arrive late.
Pre construction is where timeline success is decided. Confirming fixtures, finishes, and lead times before demo keeps crews moving without unnecessary pauses.
After demolition, rough framing, plumbing, and electrical need inspection approval before walls close. This stage can feel slower because much of the progress is behind the surfaces.
